Ongoing training is under the personal supervision of the President, who is well qualified to ensure that we provide officers capable of doing an outstanding job in protecting the people and property that are your responsibility. Good supervision is also extremely important so uniformed field supervisors visit all our locations regularly to make a full inspection including a review of the duty officer's training and procedures. Backup officers are always on call and can be deployed as and when necessary. In an emergency, a field supervisor can cover a post. Our officers are fully trained on several posts so that if a replacement officer is needed on short notice, we can usually send one already familiar with the post and its duties.

We are accredited as state certified instructors for both security guards and equipment, and authorized to administer the state examination for security guards. As part of our continuing commitment to the communities we serve, we are an active member of Community Associations Institute (CAI) and offer a personal safety seminar at no charge to our clients.
